About Me

I grew up in a hippie commune, or at least that's how I remember it...I like to catalog my vinyl, not because I'm Obsessive Compulsive, but for the opportunity to listen to treats that I may have forgotten about. I like poorly produced late 60's/early 70's soul music, where the drums sound like a whiffle ball bat on concrete. I enjoy reading authors that introduce new words into my lexicon, words that I'll later mispronounce after a few beers. I like beer. I enjoy the outdoors, and I often wish I was outside all the time. My dog is my partner in crime, and I'm horrified but facinated by Sharks. I'm a Minnesota Timberwolves fanatic. I want a traveling funk band to follow me wherever I go, just in case somebody is listening to shit. I like research and I have a research team, we're called "The Research Team".Seriously though, Seriously though, Seriously though...Do it in fifths!

My Interests

Crate Digging, Hip-hop, Breakfast (Mill City, Spring Street, Bryant Lake Bowl, Hell's Kitchen) shark lore, B-ball, Writing, Reading, Liberal politics, Pit bulls, Ping-pong, Biking, Beer, Graffiti, Pop art and real art, Cooking for myself and others, Gardening, or trying at least. Home repairs and restoration. C.S. Bungalows, architecture, music of all kinds except emo, and pop punk. I've been spinning hip-hop and funk going on 10 years. Comedy. Creative thought. The Research Team. Praying to false religious idols that tend to upset my very vocal Christian neighbor. Levitating and walking through walls. Representing for my homies at Stereo Skateboards, and AHOLIC gear, keep pimpin' the finest of S-Town Uber Beasts! Send me some shirts! Drinking Jim beam and Ginger Ales and Mint Juleps with Maki.

I'd like to meet:

El Chupacabras, Bigfoots, Nessies, Weeping Mother Mary's on Wonder Bread, psychics, haunts, mystics, and Jebus the Carpenter. The MAD DADS, because they're helping to clean up the streets the old fashioned way; with intimidation and prison tattoos.I'm down for whatever as long you respect the classics. By classics I mean everything I like.Creatives willing to put in time to produce some next level shit. Bobby Womack.Barstool philosophers, heshers, weekend warriors, librarians, cryptozoologists, 1970's glam fanatics, Biggenheimer, strippers, people that know what a Harv is, idiot savants, geniuses, Doug Henning and his band of merry superdorks.David Lee Roth, Tony Iommi, Chuck D, and Bernie Worrell.
