About Me

Remember in high school, whatever clique you were in, you always thought that there was some coolness about you? Then later in life you come to a realization that really you weren't cool, you were a geek. Yup, I am a GEEK. I've been married for 10yrs and have 2 wonderful kids: Julian(11yrs) and Nuwyn(4yrs). Can't forget our 2 psyco cats : Osiris(black) and Isis(white).

I'm pretty boring... I like to go to shows; Read, I read a lot; Family outings, Bowling, Camping, Filipino cooking (I so rock the lumpia!), Geology, Food Science, Volcanology, Anime, Scrabble, '67-'68 Mustang Fastback, Jeopardy(PS2), COCA COLA, foo foo coffee, Writing (currently putting together a book of sorts with my "words"), Bishonen, Tattoos, Currently learning golf

Music:

LYRANTHE (of course), Mostly listen to prog, prog metal, death metal, and don't forget the almighty power metal! Throw some new age folk, classical, and opera into the mix and that's about it (well, don't forget the 80's - 90's hair bands!)

Movies:

udson Hawk, Little Women, Napolean Dynamite, Hackers, Jawbreaker, The Lost Boys, Pirates of the Caribbean, Shaun of the Dead (grudgingly admits), LoR Trilogy, Dark Crystal, Legend, Labyrinth, Willow, Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail, Best in Show, RG Veda, Vampire Hunter D, Vampire Princess Miyu, Finding Nemo (pretty much sums up types I watch)

Television:

Law and Order: CI and SVU, Crossing Jordan, Medium, Scrubs, My Name is Earl, The Office, Diagnosis Unkown, Good Eats, The Lone Gunmen, Star Trek Next Gen, Friends, King of the Hill, Anime

Books:

Since I'm a geek, fantasy novels are my schtik. Some nonfiction, science & history books, literature type, and sound advice from others. (I also have this dirty little secret about vampire, faerie, and were smut books...shhh)
