Influences: Northern Ontario, icicles on evergreens, the clack and hiss of skate blades on outdoor rinks, ships calling and foghorns by the river in early morning, the slosh of muddy boots on April roads, robin song, west-coast ocean waves, kitchen laughter, distant summer car sounds, ravens, acoustic guitar in bonfire-light, voices alone, piano in huge empty rooms, bluegrass at dusk....
