Staying Classy Since 2005

About Me

My name is Rachael. Some people call me Rach, or Bevan, or Bev, or Bevs. They occasionally push the boat out and call me Bevvie-kins, which, I must say, isn't one of the nicknames I prefer, unless it’s Alex “Davigoza” Davies who’s calling me that.
I also sometimes go by the alias of “Badger”, occasionally “Brian”, and under very rare circumstances, “Shepherd Rach”.
I’m reading commerce at the University of Birmingham, and I’m a bit rubbish at it. How I have arrived at the penultimate semester of my final year is completely beyond me.
They gave me a degree. Silly, silly people.
Krispy Kreme doughnuts and fresh coffee are the way to my heart.
I have an unhealthy obsession with Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin. Andrew McMahon might have something to do with that.
I’m a firm believer that the world would be a much more peaceful and happier place if everyone listened to The Polyphonic Spree each morning.
I used to dislike being from Oxford, but now I’m away from there a lot, I really rather miss it, although I don’t know if I’m ever going to live there permanently ever again. This makes me rather sad.
Oxford sucks.
I will re-arrange things to make sure I don’t miss Hollyoaks. Neighbours is less important, but I’d rather not miss that either. However, this Sky+ malarkey is amazing.
I tend to watch a lot of sport, but don’t really play much of it. I will support Southampton Football Club until the day I die, and I will be Welsh through and through when it comes to rugby, even if it’s only my Dad who’s from Wales, not me.
I like watching Time Team and property programmes.
I regularly shop in Primark.
I’m a self-professed geek.
My iPod is my pride and joy
I prefer wearing my glasses to wearing my contact lenses
Make of that what you will.
