About Me

As a fitness cover model with 8 years of personal training experience, I specialize in changing peoples lives with a training system called the TMF Training System. I transform people both physically and mentally. Things that you never thought to be possible could soon become reality with the TMF Training System. TMF has proven again and again to be one of the best programs for bringing balance into your training routine.I was born and raised in Huntington Beach California. At age 15 I moved to a small town in Missouri of a thousand people where I lived with my dad. I never knew such a life existed, talk about culture shock! There I took full advantage of the simple fact that there was nothing to do. Living there I only asked for Karate, Kick Boxing and Jiujitsu training gear so I could fine tune my skills as a Martial Artist since the age of 7. Within a year I had a full Doe-Jo in my basement where I used to practice seven days a week. In addition I would go to a kick boxing/Judo school at the nearest town 35 minutes away three days a week. Never in a million years would I have realized that this experience would be such a defining moment in my life! Through this experience I learned the power of discipline. I was given a positive outlet to channel my energy, which allowed me a great opportunity to realize how much of an impact fitness had in bringing self confidence and happiness into my life. At 31 years of age, fitness has helped bring me so much positive energy. I am extremely passionate about sharing this incredible feeling with others because I know all the great things it's helped bring to me...

I'd like to meet:

WORKOUT AND NUTRITION PROGRAM.The objective is gradual progression. Everyone is going to have a different starting point so the more information I'm able to gather the better the end result will be. Before we begin I would need your height, weight, daily activity level, ideal body type "goals" and commitment level. From there we can formulate a realistic time frame to achieve the desired result. First off I need you to start a food journal stating everything you eat over the course of the day, over a three day period of time. In that I also need to know what time you wake up, when you eat your first meal and the timing of meals there after. From there I will calculate how many calories and what type you are consuming. The reason for this is your body will utilize fats, proteins and carbohydrates more efficiently at certain times of the day. Your body requires certain foods pre workout and others post workout. This meal plan will give you a total break down from morning to night to ensure you are utilizing everything efficiently as fuel. Take action now, don't wait.
