A Near-Life Experience

The life which is unexamined is not worth living.

About Me

Hi, my name is Aaron. I lived in Tulsa Oklahoma and Phoenix most my life.

The biggest part of my life is my Fiance Tessia. She is my world and the most special person I have ever known. I live with my two parents who are quite a bit older than me (about 40 years) and they are two of my best friends.

I love to go out and have fun! I enjoy movies, the fair, and other fun social settings.

I value blatant honesty, deeply rooted integrity, and honor above all else in friends and family. My Fiance is the only thing that comes before my family and I would expect nothing less from those I love and associate with in their lives. I will not tolerate liars, cheats, or people who live only to put down others. I believe we are all equal in this world and that my only purpose here is to serve other as best I can.

You all, my friends and family, will always come first.

Namaste,
Aaron

My Interests

My main interests are Tessia, My Family, and God. Not in any particular order but I like the think the latter automatically influences the two former.

My other interests include history, philosophy, physics, abstract mathematics, movies, television, and politics. I play World of Warcraft religiously.
Most of my time involves taking care of my health however.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet with God and the Devil over lunch and talk about old times. (Of course I would take God's side, DUH)

Music:

I have a wide musical taste from Tool/A Perfect Circle which I regard as my favorite bands to classical music such as Beethoven.

As long as the music stands for something meaningful such as love, anger, family, or simply enjoying or recognizing this chance to be alive and breathing

Movies:

My favorite past time is going to the movies and buying DVDs. I own too many to list. Feel free to call me any time to borrow a few instead of going to your local blockbuster. I probably already own it anyway.

Television:

My favorite shows are Family Guy, Nip/Tuck, Boston Legal, and House. I enjoy the Colbert Report and the Daily Show, well, daily. Also I watch The O'Reilly factor and when Im not in the mood for *funny* news.

I watch a lot of documentaries on things like Spacial Theory and relativity. I will watch anything about space, physics, or anything relating to possible answers to "Why we are here and how it happened".

Books:

New Page 1

Well... I hate books. It's SO last century! So I'll list my favorite video games here!

City of Heroes / City of Villains / Counter Strike / Counter Strike: Source / Half Life / Half Life 2 / Heavy Gear / Heavy Gear 2 / Planetside / Soldier of Fortune / Soldier of Fortune 2 / Rainbow Six: Raven Sheild / Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3 and soon 4 / Zelda

Heroes:

My Father, my Mother, and Tessia. They have, more than any others, shown me what it is like to be truly Christ-Like.

As for fictional heroes Optimus Prime is first and foremost the greatest hero of all time. Followed closely by Superman and Batman.

Daily Thoughts

Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect...

The Price is Right in Slow-Motion

Let me start bluntly. Read the next paragraph and if you don't like it, stop reading. You will learn nothing from this. I think most of you love only yourselves, and will resent that comment bec...

No Religion

A wise man once said: "With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion. " This is w...
