I have been drawing and painting ever since I could hold a brush.

My work so far has ranged from comics, album covers, design (of all types), VJ (live visuals at dance parties), skate decks, custom toys, and most recently animation.

These 2 are pencil tests from a short animation I produced last year.

I get paid to manipulate video and freak people out at dance parties! Its fun!

I am most happy when I am producing art for something I believe in (in a practical not spiritual sense)..

or when I'm riding my bike.

Bucket'o'Thought is the production company run by my brother Steven and I (Steven writes, I illustrate and we both think - sometimes). So far BoT has a range of clothing, skate decks, comics and an animation.

I produce video art and VJ under the name Kontinuum.

My Interests

A good story; unusual people; witty humor; original style.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with an interesting and original idea who is willing to make something of it and not get buried under the sludge of mass culture.

WHO I WILL NOT ADD:

Please don't bother adding me as a friend if you are some random person who shares NONE of the same interests, especially if you like commercial media ie crime or medical dramas, any "reality" show... commercial music (I prefer the sound of nails on a chalk board to most of that sh1t!)... read my profile and use your brain goo to determine if you are "buried under the sludge of mass culture"... if you are then please don't bother.

Music:

Mood dependent - I range from BreakCore, DubStep Jungle and DnB to Funk, Dub, Jazz and classical with many stops inbetween.

Movies:

WMD Trexi Attack! Lost Highway; StarWars (the first 3 - there are no others); The Big Lebowski; Bladerunner; Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon; Drunken Master; Princess Bride; Princess Mononoki - and too many others....

Television:

Have not watched it in years... Series that I still like to catch - American Dad, Future-rama, Weeds, South Park, Samurai Champaloo, Cowboy Beebop, Monkey

Books:

Neuromancer, William Gibson; Catch 22, Joseph Heller; Island, Aldous Huxley; Snow Crash, Neal Stephenson; Wasp Factory, Ian Banks; The Bridge, Ian M Banks; the Doubters' Companion, John Ralston Saul; the Selfish Gene, Richard Dawkins.
