About Me

thank you, youtube, for now my life is complete:
my sweet little digital camera captured this:
I like tan lines, cheese dip and to dance.
I love Jesus and I don't care who knows it or who cares. I like to laugh, have a good time and be surrounded by proper grammar usage. I'm more and more becoming a grocer and it's a lot of fun. I'm currently the sample lady at the trader joe's and I think it's terrific. I really like working there and talking to strangers. I have some cool songs downloaded on my phone to be ringtones, yet I really prefer the phone to be on vibrate all of the time. I love my Honda Fit and can't wait for it to be with me for the long haul.
I don't think I'd be a very happy camper without local music and the connections I make through it. I love to go out and know people. I certainly love my friends, old and especially the new ones...I sometimes feel like I'm on a TV episode or the protagonist in a movie the way things play out. I sometimes wonder who would play me in said broadcast. I generally plan who would be on my soundtrack. I want to write my memoir, but can't get a Divine vision on the road I should take: more of a devotion, or more of a James-Frey-esque gritty route so people can really see what I've come out of. I lean toward the grit...yet of course mine will be all true.
I'm impulsive and am full of passion...but I can be discouraged easily instead of fighting on. I have invented this attraction called The Fridge and when friends see a burly guy, they ask if he fits The Fridge qualifications. There's the Clean Cut Fridge, there's the Football Player Fridge, and then, my general favorite the Lumberjack Fridge with a dash of Could Eat A Woodland Creature Without Killing It First. Addition: my roommate just reminded me of the ever-important Rock Star Fridge--and she added, "although a diet of whiskey and coke (the columbian kind) probably doesn't need cool storage." Well said, roommate. Well said.
I'm behind the times on liking sushi and sudoku, but I've finally gotten there. I love meeting up with friends and going out to eat. I like using big words and having profound thoughts and being around people who understand and can reciprocate. I like to be heard. I like to be respected and to respect; I like to be heard and to hear; and I've finally come into my own and decided to stand up for myself and demand the same from others.
Threadless.com by far the best t-shirts. E-V-E-R.
It's about time you all fell in love with Jason, Erik and Al of The FlavorCast --the boys of The Flavor of the Week. Amazing. And I make an appearance on episode 15. And episode 20 is live in Athens. You should download it. And listen to them all. And become obsessed with them and send them all perfume-laden letters in the mail. They like that kind of thing.

Love is not enough. It must be the foundation, the cornerstone - but not the complete structure. It is much too pliable, too yielding. Bette Davis (1908 - 1989)

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter. e e cummings (1894 - 1962)

Nobody got anywhere in the world by simply being content. Louis L'Amour
