Do you like to rock & roll?

About Me

I come from where the sun don't shine. Or where it always shines, depends on whether it's summer or winter. Lot's of fishies but no sushi here. Lot's of snow so you wear thick clothes if you go here. This girl came up from the south to do music once and she was wrapped in three layers of jackets or so. Then she broke her ankle falling on the ice.
I've been around and I've done stuff. How's that for a bio?
More interesting but slightly disturbing: This one time in Oslo I saw a singer get puked on. He just stopped in the middle of a song and asked for "a real, Norwegian, hairy viking to come up here and puke on me!" Someone did and it even got in his mouth. The singer gave the viking a hug (like he was his long lost brother) and sent him back into the audience, all the time fixing us with his crazy stare.
I ruined my knee dancing at a club in Oslo. It didn't hurt at all, not until the next day. I used to go crazy when I was dancing, now I just go kind of wild. For the record, I don't hold a grudge against the DJ who was playing at the time, but sometimes my body does make me wish I was 18 again.
My little brother flies aeroplanes, and I'm very proud of him.

Sounds Like: So you came to party? Well, that’s great news, we did too.

We like to rock & roll.

We’ve got music in our soul.

3 AM on a Berlin dancefloor and it’s just starting. Plug in the microphone, hook up the laptop and fire up the music. This is what it’s all about.

Compression, equalization and that final release when it all comes blasting through the PA.

No, this ain’t no minimal techno gig. Who decided dance music should be so monotone anyway? Are the coke head music fascists still running things?

Give us vocals.

Give us melodies.

Give us pumping electro beats.

Give us a song we will still be humming and tapping our feet to while we’re looking for the after-hour.

Go ahead and sing along if you feel like it. Move to the music. Smile. No one will look at you funny tonight.

We promise.
