This CRAZY Mon fast on the rise in world fame with a great loving smile has a very smooth R&B street groove with a splash of reggae making a "chil" drink. This cat is REALLY from California and lives there at this very moment not like others who "pretend" Chil is a California native. Growing up Chil's older brothers would listen to the Beatles, Santana, Led Zeppelin and his sisters would listen to Earth Wind&Fire, Cameo, Ohio Player's and the Jackson five. This helped Chil learn how to enrich his voice into what it is today. I would like to tell you that this awesome, loving, crazy, phenomenal voice of Chil's started professionally at the age of thirteen in nightclubs. Chil has played from backyards to rooftops, clubs, boats, warehouses parking lots everywhere in between.
As a solo artist Chil G has been performing up and down the coast of California and beyond. The year 2004 Chil G picked up another sponsor and advertised at the time a FM station called premium 921 FM a Astor Broadcast Group. Chil G headlined at the "2003 US SURFING CHAMPIONSHIP" in conjunction with "OCEAN FEST" in Oceanside, CA Chil was aired for a week straight on premium 921 FM.
Sept 2000 Chil G performed in Dana Point CA - with SHAGGY, GREGORY ISAACS, DAVE WEAKLING (front man of GENERAL PUBLIC & ENGLISH BEAT), BARRINGTON LEVY, BIG MOUNTAIN. Back in 1996 Chil G wrote a song for Junior Seau, football star of the NFL San Diego Chargers and now he is a Miami Dolphin. This song was featured on the Charger Cheerleaders video. Chil G was invited on the Reggae Makossa show live on 91x FM (Sept. 10th 2000) and his songs where played days before his show opening for SHAGGY. Chil was also back at 91x FM (Feb.. 5th 2001) for a LIVE interview. Chil G performed at DON'S HO'S ISLAND GRILL in Oahu, Hawaii April, 28th 2001 for his UB6,IB9 TOUR. Chil was live on KCCN FM100 in Honolulu, Hawaii April, 27th and was aired for a week prior to his headline show in Hawaii, the show was sold out. Chil G performed live at the Del Mar Fair June 16th 2001, hosted by 91x FM. In 1998- 99 he played Los Angeles Ca, at WHISKEY A GO GO, COCONUT TEASER and 14 BELOW. Chil opened up for DAVE WEAKLING at the club HOGUE BARMICHAELS in March 5 1997. 2006- RECORDING AND ON THE LOT WITH A FILM COMING IN 2007.....
