About Me

I was born and raised in Austin, TX, took a brief hiatus to Houston, TX and also Phoenix, AZ from about 8-14. Rough years for those moves. Now 'm back home...Someday I may consider venturing out but I will always remain a proud Texan at heart! I consider my self an intellect and therefore I'm attracted to the same. Sure I've made mistakes on that one, but we all do :) I've traveled with one of my best friends to Paris, London, Amsterdam (ok, Amsterdam was really just a brief layover) and all over the states. I've been traveling more and more as of late. I have no issue with flying, but the preparation of these trips with my current companion sometimes comes close to outweighing the enjoyment, but everyone has their quarks. To be honest, I'd love to receive lists of mine. I'm not sure what will come next...we shall see... I love spontaneity but I don't like surprise birthday parties. I dig meeting new friends who challenge and intrigue me. So if you're one of those, please send me an e-mail! I love to laugh and love to dance... Oh, and I can't spell :)

My Interests

I love the ocean, the lake, a river, a stream, a fountain... my bathtub. To me, music is the international voice spoken through lyrics and heard through sound. I like to paint, sketch, create...although I don't do it often enough. I love to debate controversial topics or those that strike a chord with those I'm close to and those I'm not. I guess if I'm to summarize my interests, I'd say they're peaked daily, and I'm a big fan of that.

Music:

Yes please... It's an essential part of life. Anything and everthing, but you're cheating yourself if the lyrics go un-noticed.

Movies:

Sliding Doors, Momento, Scent of a Woman, Gatica, Crash, ...I'm at a loss now...I'm picky & finicky... so...I'll just close the curtian for now (intentional pun here).
