INYAEAR Is a building with 27 years of Hip-Hop history, recording the most elite artist of the 80’s and 90’s this studio continues to cater to todays well established and upcoming artist. Back in 1981 this studio was known as Power Play Recordings studios where legends like Run-Dmc, Eric B. & Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, LL Cool J, and Roxxanne Shante’ just to name a few, Recorded some of their biggest hits in this building.
In 1998 the studio was renovated and re-named In Ya Ear Recordings by now owners Rob Diaz and Axtrax. In Ya Ear Recordings has done very well with a clients list consisting of artist like Showbiz&AG, Lord Finess, Mobb Deep, Nas, Kurrupt, Joell Ortiz, Tyrese, Fat joe, the list continues to grow. Some people ask what separates In Ya Ear Recordings from other studios It’s the experience and privacy that you don’t get anywhere else.
