This is tough. What do I put here? So many people out there state that they want people in their lives that are totally up front and honest about who they are. Yet when they meet such a person they shockingly proclaim "Oh my god I cannot believe he told me that I hardly know him!" So does that mean that people really want someone who will only show the world what it wants to see and who keeps their true self hidden from judgmental eyes? Sadly those judgmental eyes often hold secretes far worse than they let on. I guess all I can do is tell you what I am interested in and how I live my life and hopefully someone out there can and will relate.
I love people, objects and situations that I have deemed "not boring!" I hate boring with a passion and I will spend what little free time I have with someone outgoing that I dislike over a boring person who's overall not a bad guy/gal. That is partly why I work in an Operating Room, I figured that if I was going to spend a third of my life working somewhere then it should at least be doing something exciting. I like being around people who will stab me in the front if I piss them off instead of in my back. That shows intensity and self esteem to take it right to someone's face, I like that.
I’m not into drugs but I love to be drunk. I’m one of those drunks that thinks everything is hilarious. It’s like life becomes one big sit-com. I am also part hippy, I don’t know how that happened or why but its true. I love smoke shops, blacklight posters (I have a bunch), and listening to bands like the Doors and Pink Floyd while hanging out with druggies and smoking hookah. It’s awesome, they say the coolest things! Like this one time a friend tried to explain to me why the world was like a bag of chips, their theory broke down in the end but it was an interesting speech. People please do not get injured or OD around me, I have to help you. I go into Super Medical Worker mode and start taking care of people in a split second. Another side effect of working in a trauma center, I act first and reflect later.
I love rock and metal, I love animals, learning random medical facts, movies, the out doors, I love fortune cookies like this one that said "Life is a tragedy for those who feel and a comedy for those who think" that is so awesome! I also love having crushes on girls, I love how my heart races when I talk to her and I love how disappointed I am when I show up to a place I think she will be at to discover she isn’t there. I like how time seems to slow down and my jaw drops the first time I see her (I’m sure I look really goofy in that moment). I also love when she has the same reaction to me. I guess this is a good lead-in to the next section…
