Fun things....exploring the fruits of this great city. I love going to hear music and dancing. I really miss camping and try to do as much outdoor stuff as I can. Luckily I have an amazing park right around my corner. And I am kind of a theatre person. That is the whole reason I moved to NYC in the first place.
Good people who want to have fun. Old friends. Someone honest, smart, funny, respectful, spontaneous, artistic, responsible, loving, musical. Stevie Wonder.
Most...especially when it's live. Give me some funky beats anytime and I am good to go. I love Maceo Parker. I am also into jazz...especially the old vocal stuff. You know, Ella, Sarah, Billy, Dinah. I wish I could sound like them. I do have to admit that I really like all the hip hop stuff now too.
OK...so I am a little behind on movies. But I am hoping Netflix is going to help me out with that. There are some greats though...Office Space, Old School, Crash, Mad Hot Ballroom...
I don't watch too much, but my friend just lent me season one of Grey's Anatomy and that was great. In the middle of the night it is always great to watch That 70's Show, The Simpsons, and Family Guy. I also really love CSI and Law & Order. I don't have cable though, or DVR or anything like that. So if I am craving TV, I just watch whatever is on.
Memoirs of a Geisha was amazing. Also good: She's Come Undone, Middlesex, Even Cowgirls Get the Blues...lots more. Suggestions welcome.
