LIKES: singing in the car, the smell of rain, lightning storms, the word “stellarâ€, women in sundresses, people with contagious smiles/laughter/attitudes, going to the movies by myself, chimps in clothing, popping bubble-wrap, musicals, voting, college football & basketball, advertisements at work that are unintentionally funny, shuffleboard (the table kind, not the old person kind), a good diner, small-town festivals, cnn.com, hole-in-the-wall bars, those friends I haven’t seen in a long time but as soon as I see them again the conversation flows like we haven’t missed a beat, laughing to the point of tears, women with long hair, TiVo, sarcasm, pictures with ME in them, talking on the phone with my sister, inside jokes with siblings, oatmeal creme pies, independent people, Oscar night, open-minded individuals, learning a new word and its meaning, Coca-Cola, Christians who are also Democrats, blowing bubbles with gum, Christmas, The University of Missouri DISLIKES: coffee, missing the previews before movies, reality television, people who are too blunt, coconut (more because of texture than taste), being colorblind, the phrase “what happens in (blank), stays in (blank)â€, student loans, my tendency to be too loud, grammatical errors (verbal and written), stubborn people, being short, math, people who won’t admit faults, keeping secrets, the nightmare where I’ve missed a final exam in college or I haven’t gone to class the whole semester and now I have to take the final, private myspace profiles (you think you’re better than me?)
