Strangeways

Brazilian Band formed in Sao Paulo in 96, influeced by bands from the 80´s British Gothic-Rock and Post-Punk.
In 96 the band recorded 4 tracks for its first demo tape "A Distant Shout". In 1999 the band recorded and released its first album entitled "Dry Season", a compilation of 12 songs. In 2003 the band returned with its second album, “Farewell” featuring 12 new songs.
In 2004 the band released a video-clip for the song “Deep Scars”, extracted from the “Farewell” album.
Nowadays Strangeways is still promoting the “Farewell” album and beginning the pre-production of its next yet untitled album.
