Well, I've spent (or wasted) the majority of my time in observation and discovered that no one is unpredictable. Everyone has some sort of pattern that fits into their profile, you just need to be patient, attentive, and willing to invest the time to figure it out. I guess I'm still waiting (or hoping) to meet the last unpredictable person.
