About Me

They say one shouldn't talk too much about themselves. Good thing, because I'm not really sure where to begin here in such a open and public place!I'll just say that I'm honest, good and soft hearted, believe I'm a spirit having a human experience and that I know I'm loved and supported upon this journey by one higher and greater than myself.

My Interests

Reading, writing, singing, talking, painting, driftwood, rocks and stones, and lots of other stuff. I absolutely LOVE photography and making slide shows.

I'd like to meet:

Whomever I'm supposed to meet during this maze-walk of life.
Come check out this very inspiring and encouraging video clip of the author Gregg Braden. You may know him from the book called, The God Code. I hope you'll take time to listen to this interview and perhaps check out The God Code for yourself.

Music:

I'm a fan of different styles. Some of my most favorite would include Enigma, The Celtic Women, Enya, Credence, Eagles/Don Henley, Billy Joe Royal, The Temptations, Sammy Hagar, Ozzy Ozbourne, the list goes on and on and on.....ONE DAY however, you'll hear of Justin Smith, famous guitarist/drummer and lyric writer. Goodness help us all when his time comes! He's wonderful.
I also give credit where I think credit is due, and if you haven't checked out Jagger...then hey! You are missing something!

Movies:

Fried Green Tomatoes, The Green Mile, (humm.... I must like "Green".... *moving on now...cuz I like way tooooo many movies to try and list them here! However, I have always said that Steve Martin's THE JERK should be made into a Christmas classic just to make sure everyone has a good laugh no matter what the mood of the season may bring.

Television:

Intervention, uh....I don't like anything that is a "series". I'm too impatient...so, I basically just scan tv. To be honest, not much on there fit to watch this day and time without being embarrassed unless you are alone. (And even then, I'm kinda shy!) lol

Books:

LOVE, love, love to read. Doesn't matter if it's the back of a shampoo bottle.Welcome to RA:'Hello, I'm Donna, and I'm a reading addict.' * Can ya tell I'm REALLY wanting you to come see me??? Boy howdy hawwww ! (Sorry, I tend to have several alters of writing styles. Must be from all that reading?) What's next?... oh, Hero's?

Heroes:

My Mother. My Son.And of course.... Anne Sullivan, teacher of Helen Keller. Read the book, saw the movie. That woman had some patience and such a loving heart! She refused to give up and as a result we have the wonderful Helen Keller. The team of women are such an inspiration! Wow!
