Meg-
We have been through quite a bit in the past few years... you have grown so much! I feel lucky, thrilled, and sometimes sad to see those changes come. I think you hold yourself back, in part, because the environment has done so throughout your life and you have started to expect and accept it. You are such a vibrant, intelligent, beautiful, and giving young woman... yet you lack such confidence in yourself. Why? You've finally started to find your voice and I'm proud of you for that, You respect yourself and stand upfor yourself-it's a beautiful thing. If i could wish one thing for you, it would be a different perspective of yourself. If you could really step back and see yourself, see your potential, see what you have to offer... maybe you'd push yourself more-maybe you'd see what you can/could achieve if you only tried. If you could, you'd push yourself to go to all of the place you want to go and do all of the things you talk about. You know you can... so here's a loving push... get off of your rear and do these things! There's an old quote that drives me nuts and it talks about how we're always waiting and planning to live. but we never get around to it. Don't settle! Don't stay here and waste away. Make a checklist, be impulsive... do something with your life. And.. with yourself. You know I'll always be around for you if you need me-all you have to do is contact me. Look at yourself Meg, really look. Don't like what you see? Don't like part of it? Change them! The beauty of life is that you can start over! Enjoy your life Meg, but live it to its fullest potential. You and your mom can come and stay with me whenever you want. Be Happy! Love, Ms. R
Ms. April Riser has changed my life in so many ways. Looking through an old yearbook has just changed my view on life. I love that woman with all my heart and I always will. She is my best friend, "adoptive" mother, and the best teacher any student could ever ask for. I miss her at Smoky Mountain, but high school is just a temporary thing anyway.
I would just like to make a shout out to the boys who make my life grand.

You guys make my heart smile
I'm an extremely intricate creature, my mind works and shifts in different ways. I try to have fun when it seems there's no time for it. I love too much when there doesn't seem to be a reason to love. I over think things often. I've always had a wish for pokemon to be real. I want to live in Neverland with Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. I believe in second chances, but not third or fourth. I want to travel around the world. I'm growing up faster than I expected, and not learning as much as I think I should. I don't believe I'll live the most amazing life. I do believe it will be the right one for me. I wish I could be more than I am.
To my friends. Thank you for being there.

To my mentors. You've given me a gift so precious it will be hard to replace.
