Golden Delicious

I'm a DJ and Dancer (don't make me Martha Graham your ass) living in beautiful and unpredictable Oakland California. I have some fabulous badass homies, a wonderful family and my man is perfection! A few years ago I finished college and was dancing in SoCal. I met some amazing people as well as some A-holes. L.A is full of idiots that move there to try to become "rich and famous". BARF! Fame is the product of talent and hard work! Not a goal! But those people were quickly weeded out within a year or so, and I was left with some more great talented friends! I'm pretty sure this is where my hatered of reality TV comes from. I respect actors, musicians and artists, and would rather not watch some fuckfaces on TV taking all their jobs. Now I'm up north. So far I'm loving my 27th year! I quit my job at the end of 2007 and now I'm working very hard toward all the big goals I have for set myself. The bay area is fantastic as always. Full of talent, dance, music, performances, education, opportunities, and great people. Although I'm lucky to be able to spend my days doing what I love, Max and I are still undecided about where we will end up living in the next few years. The record company and my career will both have a say in where it will be, which I suppose is very fortunate. I LOVE to laugh! I talk a lotta shit, but I can take it too. My dad and I are night people, and my mom and I are morning people. Needless to say I don't get much sleep... but I get enough. I have lots of conversations with strangers. I adore listening to everyones stories. Coming home to a gloriously clean house is like a shot of heroin. At any given time you can find my kitten Beaden tearing through our house peeling out on the hardwood floors batting a ball of paper, or my kitten Neptune sitting quietly and looking regal while minding his business and waiting to cuddle. They make me smile everyday! During the last few years, I have worked tirelessly to rid my life of insecure, negative people. I am super proud of the job I've done! I sincerely appreciate it when people are passionate about their work, whatever it is. I hope everybody gets to be in love like I am at least once in their life. I love to cook. I have great family and friends, that support me unconditionally. I am a very lucky girl! My sisters and brother are fantastic! I love Alexea. I go slightly crazy with too much free time. My dad's a lawyer so I speak fluent "geek", which never hurts when Max has to read and sign some bastard ass record contract. Can't wait for the election.... I'm so excited (and optimistic) for change! Yoga keeps making me taller. I refuse to deal with money or discuss current events after 9pm, too stressful! I don't get money from my parents for things. I'm sure it's nice, but I do well for myself. They will however, feed me, and anyone I bring around, anything they have, any time of the day... and who could forget the whole "unconditional love thing"! I love love love going to the movies alone. It is priceless for artistic motivation to be in someone else's life for a few hours. It's always fun to see old friends, but I LOVE meeting new people for that matter too. I'm always down for a board game or to learn something new. I don't drink, but I can stay out all night and have a GREAT time without even batting an eyelash. I'm pretty sure it's genetic. I come from a long line of party people!
