About Me

REVO is a movement that is redefining America's perception of love. REVO exists to influence and generate passion in our culture. To live the REVO daily is the real challenge. It means thinking beyond ourselves and redefining our modern conception of necessity.
Goals of REVO:
• Raising awareness about social injustice worldwide.
• Helping organizations raise money to continue fighting for justice and equality
• Bringing our communities together in unity for a cause greater than ourselves
REVO started in Hilo, Hawaii and is a movement based on the concept of love. Loving others for the sake of love. To live the REVO daily is the real challenge. To think beyond ourselves and redefine our modern conception of necessity. It is a movement to help make a change and make aware the injustices in both America and Africa. All proceeds go to organizations that provide clean water, food and resources to Africa.
IN THE WORDS OF GHANDI:
THE BEST WAY TO FIND YOURSELF, IS TO LOSE YOURSELF IN THE SERVICE OF OTHERS.
REVO has started in Nashville, New York, Las Vegas, Baton Rouge, Philadelphia and now REVO has reached Guam!. It is the movement that is inspiring the hearts of many to get up and change the world. We are here to help. Through love, peace, art and music we hope to spread the message worldwide and join in this movement. We are putting our brains together and planning on hosting a benefit show. We will raise the money by bringing together music, fashion, and art in one roof. Stay tuned for more details. GET UP AND JOIN THE MOVEMENT!
The Benefit Show on Guam: TBA
Most of the proceeds will go to the
COALITION
The situation in the Sudanese region of Darfur is often referred to as one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world. It is also a deeply complicated situation involving tensions between the Sudanese government and rebel militias; nomadic herders and farmers; and Darfurians of Arab descent and those of African descent. Since rebels attacked military sites three years ago, militias on horseback known as Janjaweed have brutally attacked civilians – killing villagers, burning villages, and raping women in calculated attacks that have been called genocidal. The Janjaweed are believed to be backed by the Sudanese government.
Estimates of the number of people killed in Darfur over the past three years range from 180,000 to as high as 400,000. Over 200,000 Darfurians have sought refuge in the eastern part of neighboring Chad, and more than 2 million people have been internally displaced, many gathered into crowded camps with limited basic services.. The conflict has recently spilled over to neighboring Chad, where refugee camps there have been attacked by armed militias.
