Welcome to my business myspace page. Scary it has come to this, but I digress.
I am the editor-in-chief for Raginpit Magazine. I also am a writer and oversee the featured Raginbitch section.
My nickname is true to its word, I am a music freak. I have useless knowledge in my head about a lot of bands that aren't necessarily mainstream or apart of any particular genre. I do not claim to know everything as there are avenues of music I have yet to delve into. However, I am a sponge and I love learning new things about everything – especially music. So if there is anything you think I should know… Do share.
About Raginpit Magazine:
Since our establishment in 2004, our goal here at Raginpit Magazine was to bring you news about local metal bands throughout the world's underground scene.
While we still strive to bring every show to you through our articles, to provide you with the information needed to decide whether or not any media item or performance is worthy of merit, and to bring you closer to the bands that annihilate house after house with our in depth interviews, Raginpit has come to the realization that bands are just a part of the bigger picture, which is the music. There are many pieces that bring together the music as a whole and Raginpit recognizes the need to help make these pieces fit.
We believe that everyone, regardless of stature, in the metal music world is important so Raginpit Magazine has evolved into an underground Mecca where all members of the metal community can congregate, discuss issues, and cross promote, while still obtaining all of the latest news on a local, national, and international level.
We are a significant source of information and have been from the beginning. Our voice rings through the Metal world and we are providing to you a platform for your voice to be heard.
Raginpit Magazine is not interested in saving any particular scene, instead we are here to create our own...
About Raginbitch:
The Raginbitch feature, run by the women of Raginpit Magazine, is all about women who have made a name for themselves in the metal community. Not only have these women overcome being a minority in a predominantly testosterone driven environment, but they have earned the respect of those in the world of music.
Raginpit Magazine wants to recognize these women for the blood, sweat, and pure drive that brought them to where they are today whether being in a band, a promoter, label rep, etc. So we have one question for you ladies… Are you woman enough to be a featured Raginbitch?
