An artist & craftsman by nature, i am a highly intelligent & accomplished underachiever, with a loose trigger on my smile. Like to live a chilled & meditative daily lifestyle, trying to focus my energy on the activities that "feel" the best & most natural. One of my daily goals is to share the best gifts i have, and hopefully inspire a few laughs, a smile, or a little spark in someone's day.Simple by design, i'm very in touch with my mental/physical being, our basic human existence, & how its all connected to nature...a total hippie trapped in an athletes body would be a good description. I can & have played the stiff corporate America game too, though, which gives me a well-rounded perspective of life. I'll find something to learn in almost anything, but my interest is most piqued by things that stir my acute senses.I'm well educated, intelligent, observant, athletic, healthy and energetic, so activities that address any of those areas are of interest...ya know...art, music, food, people, dancing, breathing, sweating...As for eating, i'm an ovo-pesco vegetarian & i eat organic foods whenever possible.
