I started playing guitar at the age of 14 and soon formed a band called Redvan and played my first show at the age of 15. Two years later I joined speed metal band Krater. I formed Astharoth in 1988 which won the battle of the bands in order to perform at Spodek, Katowice (Poland) at Metal Battle '89. As it was the final battle to be chosen to play at Metalmania Festival (Eastern Europe largest metal festival) we gave a merciless performance and consequently won the whole competition while instantly becoming number one talked about metal band in Poland. A management contract with Metal Mind Productions followed as well as a record deal. The "Gloomy Experiments" album was released in Italy by Metal Master and in Finland by Poko International Metal Division. In the Summer of 1990 I relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area, USA where Astharoth was restarted with various American players. We played many famous places like The Stone in San Francisco, The Omni in Oakland, Berkeley Square, Morty's, and One Step Beyond in Santa Clara. Astharoth disbanded in 1994. I have put together a collection of all American recording and self released it in 2006 under the name "Lost Forever World" as there is no chance for Astharoth to ever reform. In 1997 with my long term friend and bassist Jason Silva as well as with help of Terry Cordel behind the recording board and drum kit we recorded and released and album called "Artificial Hell" under the name Enclave. Unfortunately Terry had to relocate to Chicago and the band never performed live. After Enclave I decided to discontinue my vocal duties and work with other vocalists. With another long time friend Ray Dowler of D-Train I formed Halcyon Days. We released an album called "Winter Stills, a collection of atmospheric metal songs where I experimented heavily with Roland guitar synth. In this outfit I met my soon to be wife Teresa Camp as she became our vocalist. Due to different circumstances the band broke up after playing one show in Oakland, CA. The continuation of this band is Arcane Dimension which is a joined project of me and my wife. We released an album called "In Ecstasy & Sorrow" in 2005. We are planning a new release for 2008. My complete discography is as follows:ASTHAROTH "Gloomy Experiments - 1990, ENCLAVE "Artificial Hell" - 1997, HALCYON DAYS "Winter Stills" - 2004, ARCANE DIMENSION "In Ecstasy & Sorrow: - 2005, ASTHAROTH "Lost Forever World" - 2006 ARCANE DIMENSION "The Becoming" - upcoming

Influences: The spectrum of my influences is quite wide and I've always done "my own thing". As a listener I can go from Slayer to Loreena McKennitt within a matter of minutes. What matters to me are emotions and dynamics locked into the song. Also every album is like a time capsule for me. I have never done the same album twice. Everyone hears something different in my music, and sometimes people tell me I'm influenced by acts I haven't even heard of. So there you go, listen and form your own opinion.
Sounds Like: My musical evolution starts with furious techno thrash in the legendary Astharoth. No, it has nothing to do with techno music. It goes on to all out industrial metal in Enclave. Halcyon Days represents the atmospherics of Pink Floyd combined with heavy guitars and female vocals. My latest creation I share with my wife Teresa, combines elements of heavy metal, atmospheric rock, gothic and also ethnic eastern influences. It all sounds like anything you think it sounds like or like nothing at all. It's up to the listener to decide.
