Check out my vocals/lyrics at myspace.com/animi if you like music with a "chill" to it then this will be for you......or you....... I guess I will start with what I have on my ipod,as that would be currently what I enjoy listening to, but well there is sooo much music in my life that I have heard which has inspired me on this journey, but as for now.......Agricantus, Aine Furey, Amethysium, Balligomingo, Bent, Boozoo Bajou, Buddha Bar, Chambao, Clannad, Damian Marley, Enya (some-more a fan of her sister) Goran Bregovic, John Martyn, Kid Loco, Moya Brennan, Marta Sebestyen : ) , Rene Aubry, Thievery Corporation, Zero 7....Well that was easy enough, now to the rest, and this will be updated as and when it comes to mind... First and foremost Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel, Sarah Brightman (last 2 albums) Lorenna McKennett, Bliss (Quiet Letters, adore) Claude Challe, Gypsy music, Cirque du Soleil (though not all) Tweet, Lycasleep, Irina Mikhailova, Pulsar Bleu, Haris Alexiou, Dolly Parton, Judie Tzuke, Delerium,Madredeus, Oliver Shanti, Chambao, Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac (!) Bella Sonus, Nick Drake, Eagles....I'll be back....Have to mention some of the much earlier stuff that shaped my much younger years. First ever concert was Japan (David Sylvian) One after that was Earth Wind and Fire..As a teenager I was well into soul music-it was the real deal back then..... Sos band, Jodeci,The Isley Brothers, Sly and Robbie, and many many more. After time spent hitch- hiking around Jamaica for a few months (still a teenager) I developed a affinity with the real roots reggae-(though this is another story all together) but both of these genre's left imprints in me, as I moved on through life. I love music with a soul. Music that pierces through any logic or reason.......
