My name is Tara Billinger, At the age of seventeen, I had the honor to win The First Place Congressional Award for the 35th Annual All-State High Schools of Utah Exhibition for a pencil and computer drawing that was featured in the United States Capitol Building for one year. Not that contests are the only thing keeping me busy. Discovering computer art in the ninth grade, I have worked hard to translate my passion for cartoon and comic book art into economic reality. I draw demo cartoons and art for my good friend and voice actress Erin Fitzgerald, who has done work for Cartoon Networks show Ed, Edd n Eddy. Had comic book pages published by both Tokyopop and Slave Labor Graphics. Currently doing commissions in my spare time and preparing for college so I can pursue my skills in the field of animation and digital arts. I am available to do freelance commissions whenever possible. Though, please make sure to message me about a project to discuss further.
Currently working on a graphic novel called "Adora Gone and The Electric Elephant" with writer Chris Reilly and Editor Dan Vado for Slave Labor Graphics.
