Hey everyone! My name is Melissa. I'm going to SLU to be a nurse... I hope! I live with two amazing girls that I come to love more everyday... Jami and Brittany. I love how God times everything. It always seems perfect even when I dont get it right away.I enjoy laughing even though others dont think anything is funny. Some say I'm special...well I guess I am. I work at Jacob's Ladder daycare and preschool and have the blessing of helping children grow. My dream is to be a nurse in pedatric oncology (translation work with kids who have cancer). My Interests

I used to take dance for 12 years but I quit after a foot injury. I like hanging out with my friends, rolling people's houses, being random, boys, makeout cookies, graveyard hopping, church, & LSU games...go tigers! Oh and I love dancing in my car at red lights like no one is watching.

I like most kinds of music. Depends on the song and the mood I'm in. I tend to go through phases.

Movies:

Anything on a rainy day curled up on the couch with a blanket.

Television:

Dont have much time for TV but I love stupid reality tv like laguna beach and the real world.

Books:

I'm really digging Karen Kingsbury's series... they are interesting and uplifting. If you want to read them I have almost all of them so you can borrow them if you'd like. They are amazing!

Heroes:

People who are willing to stand up for what they believe in even if it cost them.
