I am a hotdog. My name is Brian and I'm a geek. Always have been, and more then likely I always will be. I've done martial arts for about 15 years of my life and feel that it has been one of the most powerful and influential experiences I have ever had. I used to instruct, but am now working towards getting myself back in to school so I can pursue a better career for myself.
I currently work at both the Staples in Rehoboth, DE and at the Hotel Blue in Lewes, DE. I enjoy Staples since it keeps me constantly active, there is NO down time. My second job is at the Hotel Blue, which is probably the easiest job I've ever had. The sales training I received from my last job makes it simple to work the phones, and thats really the main point of it all. Other then working the calls and telling people where to eat, I spend a portion of the time surfing the net and watching HBO, and this IS their busy season.
When I'm not working I'm doing one of three things. Either playing around on my computer, usually with some game like Counterstrike, Titan Quest, or when I get bored setting up some old DOS based games from the late 80s early 90s. Or I'm hanging with my NSSP peoples, who I have not been able to really hang out with for a long while cause of my last job I had.
And most importantly (even though working 2 jobs gives me next to no time) I make special trips over to MD where my favorite person is (she's the one in the picture.) I get to go see my girlfriend, Mina. We've been dating since May 06, and even though we have a bit of a long distance between us, its still worth it because she is so teh greatness :D lessthanthree Mina :D
So where am I going from here? Well like I said I'm working two jobs to get myself some fundage for furthering my education. As to what I want to major in is still up in the air. I've narrowed it down to one of a few fields. An easy one would be something computer related, probably on the technical side, as that is something I've always seemed to enjoy. Teaching is another field I've learned about that I like as you get to have a real direct effect on the future by doing this. Psychology is definitely a big interest to me as well, I really enjoy learning how people work and what makes them tick. And finally Law and Criminal justice is another field I like because I like working with the rules of things, understanding all the ins and outs of how things work has always been a fun thing to me.
