About Me

Well, where do I begin? I guess I will start by saying my sons have been my whole life for 35 years. And now I have 2 grandchildren & 2 daughters-in-law, whom I adore. I just recently moved to Nashville to help my son, Jason, pursue his lifelong dream of music. I see a great future for him. We love the blues! My other sons, Justin & Jackie, also talented and awesome in their own way, are in my thoughts everyday. I miss them terribly. I try to treat people the way I want to be treated. Although, sometimes, I don't know when to keep my big mouth shut! I also sorely miss my sister, Barbara, who I used to talk to daily (miss our little bitch-fests,when we needed to vent!) She is my sister, but also my friend. And I have a younger sister, Brenda (Boo),whom I also love dearly. She always makes me laugh and cheers me up. They both have awesome kids & grandkids! And can't leave out my dog, baby Rusty. But now it's MOM'S TURN TO LIVE!

My Interests

Family, going to the clubs & listening to some good music, traveling--some place warm, watching comedies (Seinfeld, King of Queens, Roseanne, and believe it or not, Rob & Big--hey-I'm old, not dead, YET!!)

I'd like to meet:

If they were still living and continuing to enlighten my life with their awesome, soulful talent, I would have to say Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jeff Healey & Janis Joplin! But as for current talents, I would love to meet anybody connected to the blues/rock/soul groups out there! John Mayer, 3 Doors Down, Johnny Lang, Marc Broussard, Chris Cornell, Dave Matthews Band, Storyville, etc. I love the blues!

Music:

BLUES< BLUES< & MORE BLUES!! Straight-up BLUES. And keep your eyes & ears open for "The Jason Reeves Band". Some bad-ass blues goin' on there

Movies:

Once again a good comedy. Some action-drama such as Four Brothers, Shawshank Redemtion, Tombstone,etc,etc.

Television:

Same thing----COMEDY! Hey, I need cheering up as much as the next guy!

Books:

The Bible. And a lot of the old stuff, classics!

Heroes:

My mother,and my sons,hands down.....

Younger men!

Younger men are so damn sexy! But, they come at a cost. They can't possibly know all that an older woman has experienced. And they don't know how to treat a woman, sorry guys, but that is just a fact....

Maturity and honesty! Means so much to me......
