All orders
made will ship out 2 - 3 business days after the payment has been
received. Please keep in mind, that custom orders cannot be shipped until 1 - 2 weeks after your order.

Customers living inside Europe may pay by bank transfer
or PayPal , the rest of the
world can only use PayPal.
Returns
All items are homemade. This is why all plush toys are unique and
slightly different. If you are not happy with your order please inform
me about the return within the following 3 days after
receiving your product. The item has to be shipped back in the same condition (without
stains, traces of use etc.) it arrived. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please keep in mind, that custom orders cannot be taken back.
