I'm Not A Jerk - Actually... I Am.

About Me

You know his name, SiN Millionz™! His music is inviting, inventive, inspiring and bold. It echoes the cries of the inner-city’s urban culture. SiN crafts his words as a means to an unfiltered portrayal of his world. SiN details his stories with hypnotic lyrics, delivered with a refreshing flow, which skillfully incorporate rhetoric that captures his listener’s imagination, and leaving without a doubt, the complexity of his creative mind. Despite being relatively new to the game, SiN has earned his stripes by collaborating with several established emcees in Toronto’s Hip-Hop community, such as Aristo, Mayhem Morearty, Richie Sosa, and many more. With a hustler’s hunger, a baller’s swagger, a thorough knowledge of his business, and a belief in himself, SiN looks to ushering the North into Hip-Hop’s compass.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, his family moved to live in the downtown area of Toronto for the early part of SiN Millionz’ childhood. Raised by his mother, SiN was one of the oldest of her five children. He nourished his creativity early on, often drawing pictures as an outlet to the artist inside. During his impressionable teenage years, SiN’s family moved to the infamous “Baghdad” on the Jane strip. The young SiN gravitated towards the laps of luxury – things like fancy clothes, and expensive cars that his impoverished circumstance could not provide. Consequently, SiN fell victim to the trappings of his environment and was taken in by the hustle.

Upon entering High School, SiN became fascinated with Hip-Hop after witnessing his first freestyle battle. He was further influence to join the scene through his older brother, Tre Nice, a fellow freestyle battler and aspiring rapper. Around the same time, SiN gained a reputation for his five finger discounts, earning him the nickname Jux. He made a solid status for himself as a competitive freestyle battler who was as quick on his toes as he was with his hands. His mother, however, saw SiN becoming a negative role model for his younger siblings. Worried with the hazardous environment the Jane strip was becoming, she opted to move the rest of her family to the suburbs of Barrie.

After several run-ins with the law, coupled with the death of his grandmother, SiN Millionz looked for another path to take in his life. Not long after, SiN found that his passion for music still burns deep within. He left Barrie to return to his birth town of Toronto. His homecoming saw his crew welcoming home a humbler SiN, earning himself the new nickname Sincere. Not feeling the title, he shortened it to SiN to remind himself of the identity of his past that inevitably pertains to his future. Adding Millionz as a surname by way of distinguishing himself, he was ready to face the music. Once again, SiN worked hard to rebuild his reputation as a formidable Hip-Hop artist. A self-professed perfectionist, he often spends hours on end meticulously perfecting his art – crafting captivating lyrics that is the medium to the compelling realm of SiN Millionz.

SiN’s upcoming full length street-album entitled Lord of War, is appropriately set to be released on July 7, 2007 – for the seven deadly sins. Despite not being signed to a record label, no manager, no team working on his behalf and still in the early stages of his career, SiN has single-handedly accomplished what many artists still desire to achieve. With a future that looks nothing short of promising, SiN Millionz’ presence in Hip-Hop community begs only one question: “I’m ready for the game, is the game ready for me?”
