I play guitar, piano and accordion. But not well! That's what the lessons are for. I know about 7 songs down cold. And probably two of them are not Irish jigs and are actually familiar to anyone else.
I also like games. All kinds. Board games, card games, role playing games, Super Nintendo. I think you get the idea.
I've been going to see a lot of bands recently. It's amazing how much good music you can see live when want to. Support your local musicians!!!!
John Lennon, Isaac Newton, Albus Dumbledore, and a bunch of other cool dead guys.
Someone who wants to give me a nice big inheritance check.
The man who rules the universe (the one in the shack by the ocean, that is).
J.K. Rowling.
The Beatles will forever and always be my favorite band.
Otherwise, I pretty much like all kinds of music. Naturally you can't like every artist in a particular genre, but I give everything a chance - except death metal and screamo.
Movies I always keep going back to:
Aladdin, The Wedding Singer, The Holy Grail, Clueless, any standup by Eddie Izzard.
I don't watch TV anymore. I can't seem to find the time, but I remember liking it once. When I'm actually at home, which isn't too often, there's nothing good on (except when the Sox are playing).
The Fabric of the Cosmos: Space, Time, and the Texture of Reality by Brian Greene. If you're the least bit interested in quantum physics, spacetime, or the universe in general, you should read this. It's very reader friendly.
Anything by R.A. Salvatore. The guy is so freakin' awesome. Read The Dark Elf Trilogy; it is so good.
And Harry Potter. Awesome. Period.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. (I've probably read the series five times already. If you saw the movie, and liked it, the book is about 100 times better.)
Best Children's Books of all time: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl, Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie, The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster, and any poetry collection of Shel Silverstein's.
Eddie Izzard Without a doubt, the funniest man on the planet. (www.izzard.com)
Brian Rosenworcel Thunder God and Road Journal writer extraordinaire. (www.guster.com)
John Lennon I mean, whose hero isn't he?
Anyone who's smart enough to get 8 hours of sleep a day.
