I am here for Friends

About Me

I enjoy spending time with people I like. I work to live (not the other way around).
I protect dragons - I free them with the help of my invulnerable credit card and offer them shelter in my humble home. ;)
I like to hang out with my friends and do whatever seems to be fun doing - even if it's just extreme-couching. ;)
I love going to concerts or other places, where good music can be heard.
I also like to travel the world (mostly Europe to be honest - I don't like flying too much...) and see new places. It ain't that hard to be happy, right? :)
"It's a treat to be alive!"

My Interests

MUSIC, going to concerts, travelling...
Taking pictures is one of my passions; which seems to be getting out of control (and probably less artistic), since I got myself a digicam... %-)
I love to go to Medieval Markets with my friends - wearing nice robes, sitting by the fire with a chalice of met... :)

I'd like to meet:

I have met so many wonderful people during the last couple of years, that I really don't know, what else I could wish for...
...probably for more wonderful people to meet over the next couple of years... :)

please note:
if you want to send me a friend request and I don't already know you in real life - please drop me a line, too.
If you don't want to communicate with me - there's no need to send a friend request.

Music:

MY LIFE! :) Here are some of my favourite bands (to give you an idea):
DIO (Ronnie simply IS the voice of Heavy Metal - and a wonderful person, too - just like the other guys in the band :-) ~ The QUIREBOYS (it's so much fun to see them live on stage!!) ~ Spike and Tyla of course ~ Queensryche ~ Zeraphine ~ The Hanoi Rocks ~ Deine Lakaien ~ London After Midnight ~ Dreadful Shadows ~ Warrior Soul ~ The Notwist ~ The Ramones... (and the list goes on and on and on...)

...here are some concert-pics I took recently...

Movies:

The Crow (the first one, with Brandon Lee) ~ Dragonheart ~ Life of Brian ~ Monty Python and the Holy Grail ~ Rock'n'Roll High School ~ Grosse Pointe Blank ~ High Fidelity... and other movies including the fabulous John Cusack ~ Sleepy Hollow ~ The Pirates of the Caribbean (the first one) ~ Highlander ~ Wallace and Gromit ~ Chicken Run ~ Mars Attacks ~ The Rocky Horror Picture Show ~ Hair ~ Singles ~ Der Himmel über Berlin ~ Clerks ~ Waking Ned Devine...

Television:

Monk ~ Babylon 5 ~ Monty Pythons Flying Circus ~ Creature Comforts ~ Invader Zim ~ Pimp my ride...
I love The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy - the hilarious BBC-series and not that annoying movie they made recently...

Books:

I love weird books, funny books...
*Everything* by Douglas Adams (may you have found your peace; we surely miss you) and everything by Terry Pratchett, too.
And I *love* Calvin and Hobbes! :))
'Johnny the homicidal maniac' and 'Squee' are hilarious comics - Jhonen Vasquez has a wonderful dark and twisted sense of humour; these books are simply brilliant. :)I like novels about the medieval... like 'The pillars of the earth'...
...and of course: everything about my favourite animals: the dragons.

Heroes:

You scored as Blue, Your heart is blue. You are a very calm and relaxed person. You are very caring and like helping others. You're grateful for what you have in life, even if it's not perfect. People love you for who you are, don't ever change that - it's what makes you the great person that you are.
