Music:

I am a huge fan of Machinae Supremacy. They are a Swedish band that has risen to its current status without being signed, but through internet releases. They have at least two albums out, and if you enjoy gameing music or some great metal jams then I highly recommend checking them out. Go download a few of their songs from their site (www.machinaesupremacy.com) or just read about them.I am also a big fan of "'Panic! at the Disco". I beleive that are touring with Fallout Boy and honestly I like them better. They have the same fast-paced lyric style as Fallout, but they have a more theatrical feel to them that I really enjoy.

Movies:

If you liked the Matrix and haven't seen Equilibrium you need to get it now. It was an independent film and unfortunately didn't get much press. In any case is a phenomenal film starring Christian Bale (Batman Begins) and some British guy who's name I can't remember.

Television:

I am a big fan of 24. Every season is better than the last...except for the current Season 5 which kinda sucks. Oh well, it's worth Netflicksing the whole lineup if you have the time.Family rules all.I recently got the three seasons of Arrested Development because someone told me that it was quite funny while it ran. Well I just finished it and it was hysterical. Every episode was well-scripted with great intertwining plot. This family it centers around is so self-centered you learn to hate and love every one with them. A definite recommendation from me.I'm pretty sure Fox has a clause somewhere requiring the company to cancel good shows within three seasons or less. 24 is the only one able to fly under the radar as far as I can tell. They really do need to start prioritizing fans for their decisions instead of complaints.
