I'm Amanda, I'm 22, and I'm rather tall... 5'11" to be exact. I'm a makeup artist and a licensed esthetician thanks to Trident Technical College, where I studied skin therapy... involving facials, massaging, waxing, makeup, and spa treatments.
I have an appreciation for the simple things and do what I can to keep myself and everyone around me happy... take me to a coffee shop just for the conversation, accompany me to a local show to enjoy the music and the dancing, come with me to a movie so we can share Snocaps, treat me to some sushi just because it's flippin DELICIOUS, laugh whole-heartedly at my idiotic jokes and MEAN it... and I'll be your immediate friend.

I can't stand it when people knock on Charleston. People travel from all over the country just to visit and we're lucky enough to live here. Stop complaining and open your eyes to all the beauty here on the sparkling coast.
I've never been to a major league baseball game, but hopefully someday that will change.
I love doing makeup and have mini-heartattacks when I go through the makeup departments at the mall.
My sister has been known to literally drag me out of Bath & Body Works because I would get too excited over the products.
I looooove strawberry Mentos.
My signature scent is usually always Clinique Happy... or Chanel Coco Mademoiselle for special occasions. ;)
Dry roasted almonds are my favorite snack of all time.
It's absolutely impossible to get me up in the morning.
My favorite restaurant has been and always will be Gennaro's in North Charleston.
Outback is another favorite of mine as well.
I love sweet tea, Starbucks Caramel Machiatto (hot and iced) and Almond Frappuccinos to no end.
Sadly the Almond Frapp has been discontinued, so I'll usually order Caramel or Cinnamon Dolce now.
Everytime "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" comes on the radio, my breath catches in my chest and I drop everything to sing along.
I love inside jokes between friends.
Quoting from random movies, shows, and comedians can keep me entertained for hours.
I used to hate summer, but it has finally stolen my heart being on the Carolina coast. Autumn is still my fav though. ;)
I plan to go to New York someday just so I can visit the coffee shop, Serendipity, just like in the movie. ♥
Creme brulee is a dessert that I fancy but rarely get to indulge in.
I always wear flip flops, so that I'm not any taller than I have to be.
Cooking is not one of my strengths, but my weakness is someone who DOES.
I watch a lot of Food Network and have been slowly learning a few snazzy cooking techniques.
Sometimes I just crave solitude, so don't get mad at me if that's my only excuse as to why I'm busy.
And I, of course, like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
