Gun Down Goliath are a Deathcore/Grindcore/Mathcore band hailing from Kempton Park South Africa. Gun Down Goliath are all about delivering an intense and energetic live performance, no matter how big or how small the show. The band was formed in late 2007 as a small studio project between close friends, but later saw the potential of being a full time gigging band. So frantically, the search was on to find a vocalist to complete the band. After many auditions between friends and random vocalists Braden Murray was chosen to fill the position. The band then started tweaking and finalizing their set and started gigging immediately. Gun Down Goliath have always been about bringing a new element into the modern metal scene which has suddenly become overcrowded with mere simple “sell out” acts. Gun Down Goliath hopes to redefine the metal scene of today, with a strong Religious concept that Gun Down Goliath deeply embrace they have the vision of delivering hope and a positive message across, as well as to be who you are no matter what.
