About Me

Björn Vollmer studied Classical Guitar in Trossingen, Germany with Andreas Higi, in Madrid with Jorge Ariza. Studies of the Flamenco Guitar in both Spain and Germany. In Madrid with Amir Haddad and many others of the traditional Flamenco-Scene and the Nuevo Flamenco-Scene. Masterclasses with Aniello Desiderio and Carlo Marchione. Coming from the Electrical Guitar as a young musician, Björn Vollmer explored both the "rock and avantgarde rock" sector as well as classical, traditional, Flamenco and Contemporary Music on the other side, along with constant creativity and composition. Also the collaboration and work with many other musicians, artists and composers remains a big issue in his musical live.
