As a musician, the world has changed dramatically over the past decade. Digital recording and distribution techniques have put the responsibility for the entire production in the hands of the artist.
This has led to the demise of many legendary studios, and "that huge sound" remains reserved for a small elite, while all other artists have to rely on their computers to produce music as well as they can, hoping for a breakthrough.
We hereby present a solution to your production needs. Living Note Studios is a network of professional session musicians led by Lukas and Maja Wegner-Meier. Our goal is to empower self-producing musicians around the world to harness their full creative power by placing a battery of professionals at their command, and offering mixing and recording facilities that ensure signal processing is top-of-the-line, both analog and digital.
This frees you as a musician to rest assured that anything you can think of can and will be produced to reference level and lets you explore horizons of which you thus far could only dream of.

Livingnote ist ein Studio, dass sich dort um den richtigen Sound bemüht, wo Homerecorder und Künstler im Allgemeinen nicht mehr weiterkommen.
Ausgestattet mit Metric Halo ULN2+DSP und 2882+DSP Wandlern, wird bei uns schon auf der digitalen Ebene mit 80 Bit komprimiert und entzerrt.
Am analogen Ende wartet eine Neumann-Konsole mit Modulen der legendären 400er Serie auf die Spuren, um dem ganzen Mix alles an Leben zu entlocken, was in ihm steckt. Dann wird das ganze über eine Telcom Rauschunterdrückung an eine Studer Bandmaschine weitergeleitet, und erst dann geht es wieder zurück in den Computer.
Um es mal un-technisch zu sagen, wenn ihr wollt, dass sich euer Song so richtig wohlfühlt und von den anderen Songs abhebt, schreibt uns mal ne Mail.
Zudem bieten wir auch die Möglichkeit, einen Mix mit echten Streichern auszustatten. Alles, was als MIDI noch einen Sampler steuert, verwandeln wir in Noten und echte Streicherteppiche, die in gehabter Qualität aufgenommen und abgemischt werden.
