Through all life's ups and downs that come my way this is what I truly believe in my heart:

May all sentient beings have happiness and its causes,

May all sentient beings never be separated from bliss without suffering,
May all sentient beings be in equanimity, free of bias, attachment and anger.

I keep my top friends random. I won't subject my loved ones to a list for strangers to look at and make assumptions and judgments about.
I'm a private person to a certain degree, but I love getting to know new people.

not exactly sure these days. I like the old WWII Navy vet who walked slowly with a cane. I met him at work yesteday. He was filled with spunk. He talked about the war, his nicknames, being married for 62 years and the secret to making it work, and how he still loves baby's smiles...
