Gudmundur Thor heard the electronic band The Prodigy, driving to Husafell for a school trip. He then got his first computer and threw himself into free programs run on a DOS platform. For the next couple of years Gudmundur Thor was consumed by Fasttracker. Realizing now that he´d found himself something he could use to explore, the world of using small samples became apparent to him, he started his creations. As programs advanced in technology the music followed. Trackers of all kinds emerged with more powerful computers. Buzz audio caught his attention, now he could download "machines" for the program to use in songs, great variety gives him an unique sound - "A fucking great program" After making music on Trackers for some time, a good friend introduced Gudmundur to Reason 3.0, a new chapter was emerging. Explicit sound and modules to play with gave him more to explore, more sounds. Now, equipped with Digidesign Mbox a whole new world opened up. As an amateur guitar player he now plugged into the Mbox and along with his knowledge of creating beats and basses he became his own band.
