Make Sushi, Not War

I'm bringin' Sexy back... Yeah!...Dem boyz on Myspace don't know how to act...Yeah!

About Me

Heeey everyone! Welcome one and all. I'm James. I'm from Queens, NY; by day I'm a Senior Manager at a Musical Instrument Distribution outfit, but at night I get, um, 'eclectic'. I'm a pro musician, artist and (as I've been told) pretty darn good cook =)I also like to clean. Yeah... exciting I know, try not to fall out of your seat or anything.I love crazy nights on out on the town as much as curling up at home with a DVD and wine. It's all about the mood du jour. And who likes routines anyway? Not I. I'll try to dance, but more often I'm the guy providing the music so I don't get to practice the moves as much as I'd like.Hmm... let's see, what else? Oh! I love coffee to the point where it should be illegal, challenging myself, and letting loose with friends. Music, art, relaxing, movies, exotic places.

My Interests

Writing and performing Music, snowboarding, handball, blading, hanging with firends, dining out, whatever. I keep it pretty variant. After all, variety is the spice of life.

I'd like to meet:

I'd probably start with Rachel McAdams. I heard she had a crush on me.

Wait, back up; reality check... sorry zoned off there for a sec:

People In General

I just enjoy meeting all different kinds of people. Everyone I've met in my life has provided a new experience to me. You can never know too many people, and while you'll get close with some more than others as time goes on, your circles of friendship always find a way to intertwine and loop around at some point!!
Members of the Female Persuasion

Sorry ladies, but it took me a hell of a long time to find my angel, and I am not about to let her go:

I'm the luckiest guy I know; because I was blessed with the ability to overcome the asynchronicities that kept us apart for so long - and throught that I've found the most wonderful gal I could ever hope for.

Movies:

Lots of Fav's old and new. So here it is broken down:Old skool: Jaws, the Goonies, Seven, Jacob's Ladder, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, A Clockwork Orange, the Star Wars Trilogy (Um the first one, Eps. 4, 5 and 6 =)Newer-skool: Gladiator, the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Seven, Eurotrip, a Beautiful Mind, Closer, Crash to name a few.

Television:

TV? Oh! You mean that thing I use to play video games.

Heroes:

Ray Charles, and not just because he's had a movie made about him. I've always admired the way he din't give up on his dream of being a musician and making it all the way. And even despite the harships and setbacks he encountered along thew way, he never gave up. Oh, and he did it all while completely blind. An amazing individual, may he rest in peace.

My Blog

Friends

... Strange this should be my first blog entry, and at the same time, how fitting. I mean, MySpace is a place for friends right? So that is the fitting part. As for the prior, I've never really been i...
