About Me
Yianna was born in Thessaloniki, a town in Northern Greece. She grew up in a home full of music as her father, Pashalis Terzis, is one of the most famous talanted singers in Greece for several decades now, and her mother Mary used to be a singer too. Having both parents being professional singers, Yianna got involved with music at the early age of 9 years old. She got a degree in Theoritics of Music after six years of studying and also took piano lessons during this time.
Although her family was excusively involved with greek music, Yianna' s preferances were different..She was fond of Michael Jackson, who was her idol, Jackson 5, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and a lot of R n B and Pop artists. Her true love for this kind of music continues and evolves until today as she keeps up with all kinds of new american artists of RnB music.
She stopped working on her music at 16 - 17 years old to concentrate on her studying to get in Univercity of Peiraias for International & European Political & Financial Studies. She passed the exams but never got the chance to finish her studies because that was the time when she realised she wanted to become a professional singer.
