Hello to all. My name is Amanda James and I love God. I attend Open Door Fellowship and it's youth group Fire. My life so far with the church has been amazing from the missions trips to Peru, Mississippi, and Mexico to the chance to get to know some of the coolest teens that anyone will ever meet. Well that will be six years of my life. I am moving to Tulsa Oklahoma to attend Rhema Bible Training Center. I will be there for 2-3 years. I well be getting feed so much and I cant wait to grow in who God has for me to be and in knowing Him. Well if you want to anything about me or more about God just send me a message. Cool SlideshowsMany people would look at these pictures and see people who are poor or beneath us/them in some way. Well I want to tell you that when I look at these pictures I see friends and family. Everytime I look at the pictures of my friends and family in Mexico I think of how blessed they are. I had the most peace i ever had when I was in Mexico. They dont worry about the fastly lived lives like we do. Also they believe that they are blessed with everything they have and not what we would take for granted. I hope those of you who read this and look at the pictures that you see everyone in them as a person with a God-given calling and a holy calling for their lives. Also that you see them as God does, with such potential that it is hard to even think possible. I hope that by reading and seeing these pictures that it stirs you up to become a World Changer and a History Maker for God. To go and befriend the world not look down on it with pity. In luke or matthew it talks about this crippled man. His friends knew if he went to Jesus that he could be healed. Well where Jesus was speaking the room was crammed and people outside wanting in. So this mans friends wanted to do whatever it took to get their friend to see Jesus so that he could be healed. Well they took him on the roof and had him go through the ceiling. Now it had to have been really hard getting a crippled man up a roof and down through a ceiling without hurting him. Well the point I am trying to make is that we need to go and befriend the world and do whatever it takes to get them to Jesus. Be a true friend. Thanks. God bless.
