Well, more than likely, if you are reading this, you have a pretty good idea what I'm all about. I'm a bit of a nerd (well, maybe more than a bit), and kids seem to love me. I'm terribly shy around people I don't know, but I think I'm somewhat fun if I'm comfortable with a person.

My Interests

Anime, manga, books in general, old movies, video games, and stained glass.

I'd like to meet:

Kio Shimoku, Hayao Miyizaki, Neil Gaiman, Sofia Coppola are the living ones. As for those who have passed on, I'd like to meet Akira Kurosawa and Stanley Kubrick.

Music:

Tool, Ben Folds, The Argument, The Postal Service, Slipknot, Marcy Playground, The Verve Pipe, Nine Inch Nails, Snow Patrol, The Emergency, A Perfect Circle, David Bello

Movies:

Grindhouse was the most fun I've ever had in the theater. Some of my favorite movies are Yojimbo, Seven Samurai, Spirited Away, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Seventh Seal, Casablanca, American Beauty, My Neighbor Totoro, Pulp Fiction, Lost In Translation, Spanglish.

Television:

House and The Office, best shows on tv.

Books:

American Gods, Ender's Game, The Dragonrider's of Pern series, Knight Moves, Death Note, Genshiken, The Dune trilogy, The Foundation Trilogy, Good Omens, Neverwhere, The Stand, The Dark Tower series, I'm currently getting into the Sandman comics.

Heroes:

Good foster parents, and good parents in general.
