About Me

I love to dance, love to listen to good music. Bad music can ruin my night. Any time is a good time to dance. Openminded. I run, and play soccer, and aspire to call what I do on the golf course and tennis court playing. I paint, but am not a painter. I love to write poetry, although academia threatens to squash my creativity. Cooking is a passion, and I always make too much. Im an INFJ.
I am a woman of few words, and many actions. I love my friends, they are part of my family. I'm kind of quiet until I warm up to you, then you cant stop me from talking. I value my integrity more than my looks, Im honest (to a fault), I side with polotics before people, which means that I tell my friends the truth even if its not what they want to hear. I care more about your personality than looks. Ill do anything to make someone smile. I come off as serious when you don't know me, but really I'm as silly as they come. Im extreme, sometimes a bookish recluse, and other times a hard-partyin-wild-woman. I am easy to please, and give as well as I receive.

I'd like to meet:

Old friends, new friends, people who are strong inside, believe in amends, are open, are happy, who understand, who dont care what other people think, are free, who think for themselves, who know how to have a good time, and who also know how to chill. ESTP's who wont con me, and ENTP's too. I love people who have unique life experiences and percieve life diffrently than most. And I bear a particular fondness for those with the warrior spirit within who are not afraid to stand out and be separate and thus forge new pathways to unite us all.

Right now I cant get enough house music, hip-hop, neo soul is doing great things, be bop jazz, opera (mezzo and colartura), oldies, a lil bit of rock, and lots of 80's pop and alternative

SMASH YOUR T.V!! Then go to a friends house to cook dinner, and watch Mad Men or Noah's Arc.

The Big Book, Audre Lorde, Angela Davis, Daddy was a Number Runner, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Griffin and Sabine Trilogy, Kahlil Gebraun, cookbooks, the funnies. I love my first Octavia Butler "Parable of Talents." Stone Butch Blues, its a tough read, really painfull, and the INCITE! anthology, "Color of Violence"
