Music, music, music... I love listening to it, playing it, dancing to it, driving to it, you name it... it's a huge part of my life, thanks to my parents who recognized and nurtured my talents. I'll give anything a listen before I reject it.
Traveling - I've been on two cross country road trips; been to Europe twice and toured through Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy; and enjoy sporadic visits to NYC and Chicago. I would like to experience a year of traveling as a nurse to spend time with family in Chi-town.
Reading - I love curling up in bed with a great book and the feeling of never wanting to put it down.
Movies - There's no better way to enjoy a rainy day than to cozy under a warm blanket in my fuzzy PJs, watching anything according to my mood - love stories, action/adventure, sci-fi, drama, & foreign.
Learning - Whether it be new hospital skills or how to play the guitar, I'm always ready and willing to learn.
Outdoor activities - Snowboarding, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, sandboarding, ATVing, and relaxing by the beach are some of the things I like to do, although I don't get many opportunities. I love summers and will take any chance I have to enjoy the beautiful weather.
