My Interests

My Interests are: Music...all types. THe science of fighting and self-defense.....AKA~ Martial Arts. I have 17 years of Martial Arts Training and have a 3rd Degree Black Belt. I presently teach and have had my own style for several years now. It is a Mixed Martial Arts and I train fighters for these kind of events. I look at the science and the body mechanics as a true art. All egos are put aside and I try to find the realism in Martial Arts and the idea that is a form of Self-Defense and enlightenment....not an "I can kick your ass" style. And yes that's me in the video with the bald head! .. Also love to play the guitar and cook! But first and foremost, my daughter is my main interest.
