Willkommen im Keller / Welcome in the cellar!_____________________________________________________
_____________Im Jahre 1999 betrat das KellerkindT zum ersten mal die Unterwelt !
Es war dermaßen von dem Gewölbe hier unten angetan, das es sehr schnell beschloss hier wohnen zu bleiben und in Zukunft nur noch ab und zu nach oben kommen wird, um zu sehen, ob sich auf der Welt etwas verändert!?
Als der Keller endlich fertig eingerichtet war, konnte das KellerkindT seinen Gedanken und Ideen freien Lauf lassen und tat das auch auf unvergleichliche Weise! Es nannte sich zunächst "Basementchild" und brüllte alles in ein Englischsprachiges Metal-Album Namens Enemy in your eyes!
Ein Jahr später erinnerte sich das KellerkindT an seine Heimatsprache von dort oben, natürlich konnte es sich darin noch viel besser ausdrücken!
So sollte die Kellermusik nicht mehr Englischsprachig sein, sondern Deutschsprachig werden!
Damit war 2000 das KellerkindT geboren, welches heute durch die Unterwelt schleicht und seine Botschaften und Eindrücke nach oben `sendet`.
Die Musik die dabei entsteht, nennt das KellerkindT Deutschrock-Hop-Metal, da sie ein sehr breites Spektrum umfasst! Manche Kritiker behaupten (zu recht) das Gothic, Pop und Punk eigentlich auch noch dazu gehören würden ... aber wie lang soll denn die Musikbezeichnung noch werden!? Am besten und einfachsten ist es wohl, wenn sich der Hörer selbst ein Bild macht!
Da im Keller ja bekanntlich keine Bäume wachsen, nimmt das KellerkindT also auch kein Blatt vor den Mund!Die Texte kommen manchmal sehr kritisch daher!Im Jahre 2005 konnte das KellerkindT (nach zahlreichen Eigenproduktionen) mit einem befreundeten Produzenten seine erste CD in Form einer EP aufnehmen.Ziel war es einen Gesamteindruck seines Schaffens zu vermitteln und gleichzeitig die folgende Albumproduktion (Frühjahr/Sommer 2007) vorzubereiten.
Es gab, und gibt bis heute mächtig viel Material das im Keller produziert wird,
weil es dem KellerkindT nicht an Gedanken mangelt und es noch sehr viel auf dieser Welt dort oben zu sagen gibt!...bis baldT,______________________________________________________
____________In 1999, Kellerkindt entered the underworld for the first time. They were so taken with the vaults down there that they quickly decided to stay and live and, in the future, now and then come up to see how the world has changed. When the basement was finally set up, Kellerkindt could let their thoughts and ideas run free and they did this in unique ways.At first they named themselves "Basementchild" and roared everything on an English language metal album entitled "Enemy in your Eyes". A year later Kellerkindt remembered their mother tongue from up above which naturally was better for expressing things. So the Kellermusic was no longer in the English language, it became German instead. With that, "Kellerkindt" was born, who, to this day, creep through the underworld and send their messages and impressions to those above.The music which developed is self described as Deutschrock-Hop-Metal which covered a very wide spectrum. Many critics maintained (rightfully so) that one could also hear elements of gothic, pop and punk but that would have made for an obnoxiously long music description. The best and easiest way is for listeners to form their own interpretations. It is known that no trees grow in a cellar thus Kellerkindt doesn't mince words (German idiom: Kein Blatt vor den Mund nehmen = not to mince one's words). The lyrics are sometimes very critical.In 2005, after numerous self productions, Kellerkindt was able to record their first CD in an EP format with the help of an amicable producer. The goal was to convey an overall impression of their works while, at the same time, preparing the following album production (in spring/summer 2007). There has been, and to this day still are, a tremendous amount of material produced in the cellar because Kellerkindt have no shortage of thoughts and there is much about this world to tell those above.
