Javier first started to appreciate photography when his father showed him some of his childhood photos. He enjoyed seeing these frozen moments in time with so much life in them; a few years later Javier was given his father’s old 35mm Pentax and Velbon tripod.The art direction and design skills readily apparent in Javier’s work have resulted from a lifetime of artworks and illustration, drawing cartoons and doodles as a kid, all the time! Javier’s graphic design skills benefited from his getting to work with some great designers and directors at a very early age. It was because of his mothers work in a Miami advertising agency that gave him a foot in the door he needed.
