BIO D’Andre A. Mouton a.k.a Sparkz was born April 19th into a single parent home. The youngest boy of 3 older brothers and a baby sister. D’Andre already felt like he didn’t fit in because the attention was always on the other siblings. So writing down his struggles and memories became an outlet for him. D’Andre didn’t meet his biological father until he was at the age of fourteen. Born and raised in the Bayview Hunter’s Point area he always had an topic to write about. He was surrounded by shootings and stabbings everyday, poetry became one of his first hobbies. He wrote his first rap when he heard his older brother Rashad listening to an old rap group called”Kriss Kross” song and he said “I can do that better then they can.” And the rest was history. In the 7th grade D’Andre and two other friends started an group called “The Bomb Squad” the name came from the Pop Warner football team “Brown Bombers.” The group consisted Isaiah a.k.a Zeek and Darrence a.k.a Lil Double and D’Andre was going by the name young D But over the years it change and became Sparkz. But the group became Little Neighborhood Starz performing at local fairs and birthday parties the next year the added new members but soon disband because of Beef in the group and then Sparkz started a group with a childhood friend Antonio Jones a.k.a King Kong. The group was called “The Generals” became known in the city of san Francisco getting the respect of pioneers f the San Francisco like san Quinn,JT tha Bigga Figga,Cellski,Grown up Gotti, Ballhead Rick,Gucce,Bailey and Mistah Fab of thizz ent. Being in the studio with Rich Boy, and has open up for almost all the major Bay Area celebrities and Gucci Mane.”I try to get notice in the bay but its tough because we don’t get look at except for hyphy and I’m not an hyphy artist. In 2006 “The Generals” dropped a mixtape called “By Any Means Necessary” Sparkz has always tried to be different and his music speaks for itself. He has been grinding since he was eleven years old and he just needs a shot.
